Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account, accessing Domlai, or using any Domlai website, dashboard, public page, API, payment, or AI-assisted feature, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Domlai for a store or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that store or organization to these terms.

2. Using Domlai

Domlai gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for lawful store operations, subject to these terms and the controls available in your account. You agree that you will not:

  • provide false account, store, product, payment, or staff information;
  • share credentials, bypass access controls, or use another person’s account without permission;
  • upload, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content;
  • scrape, probe, overload, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Domlai or related systems; or
  • resell, mirror, reverse engineer, or copy Domlai except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Accounts, Stores, and Staff Roles

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and inside stores you own or administer. Store owners and authorized admins control staff invitations, roles, permissions, product data, public page settings, and billing actions for their stores. Keep passwords and linked sign-in methods secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Store Data and Public Pages

You keep responsibility for the product names, prices, images, categories, custom fields, files, public page selections, and other store content you add to Domlai. If you publish a public page, the selected store and product information may be visible to anyone with access to that page. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, publish, and manage that content.

5. AI Features and Credits

AI-assisted extraction and recommendation features are optional tools that may use credits and third-party AI providers. AI output can be incomplete or wrong, so you are responsible for reviewing it before saving or relying on it. We may limit, suspend, or change AI features to protect the service, manage costs, comply with provider rules, or address misuse.

6. Payments and Plan Access

Paid plans, manual payment reviews, and AI credit top-ups may require payment through the methods offered in Domlai. Payment records, transaction hashes, screenshots, notes, and review decisions may be used to verify access. Unless a separate written agreement or applicable law says otherwise, fees and credits are not refundable after confirmation.

7. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Domlai reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes to Cloudflare, authentication, payment, AI, storage, analytics, or other infrastructure providers. We may add, remove, suspend, or change features when needed to operate, secure, or improve the service.

8. Intellectual Property

Domlai and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and service design belong to Domlai or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Domlai to you. You retain ownership of your store content, and you grant us the permission needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content so we can provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and Limits of Liability

Domlai is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every business purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domlai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Changes, Governing Law, and Contact

We may update these terms as Domlai changes. The updated date above shows the latest version. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
