Privacy Policy
Domlai helps stores manage product catalogs, staff access, public product pages, payments, and AI-assisted product workflows. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Domlai.
1. Information We Collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, username, profile image, password credentials or linked Google account details, session information, IP address, and user agent. We also collect store information you add to Domlai, including store names, product catalogs, categories, prices, product fields, public page settings, staff roles, activity logs, waitlist details, payment records, support messages, bug reports, and uploaded images or payment proof screenshots.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, run store dashboards, save catalog changes, manage staff access, publish the public pages you choose to make available, process payment reviews and AI credit usage, respond to support or bug reports, protect the service from abuse, understand service performance, and improve Domlai.
3. AI-Assisted Features
When you use AI-assisted features, Domlai may send the selected product image, catalog context, or product-field request to configured AI providers through Cloudflare AI Gateway so the service can extract product details or recommend store fields. AI results are suggestions for you to review before saving.
4. Public Pages and Store Collaboration
Store owners and authorized staff can see information inside the stores they are permitted to access. If you publish a public product page, the product names, prices, categories, fields, images, and other details you choose for that page may be visible to anyone with the page link.
5. Service Providers and Legal Disclosures
We may share information with service providers that help us operate Domlai, including hosting, database, storage, analytics, authentication, payment verification, AI processing, and support tooling. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect Domlai or our users, to investigate abuse or security issues, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. Security and Retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. We keep information for as long as needed to provide Domlai, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain audit records, and operate backups and security logs.
7. Your Choices
You can choose not to provide certain information, but some parts of Domlai may not work without it. You can update account and store information in the app where controls are available, unpublish public pages, remove product data, and contact us to request help accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information tied to your account or store.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy as Domlai changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the product or through another reasonable channel.
This policy is not a substitute for legal advice. If you have questions about Domlai privacy practices, contact us through the support or bug-report channel available in the app.
